Better light for your TikToks, streams and calls.
No ring light? Use your monitors. Monitor Glow turns your screens into a light so you actually look good on camera. Pick a color, hit a shortcut, done. It's free.
What you get
Your screen, but as a light.
Basically what a ring light or LED strip does, using the monitors you already have.
17 looks, ready to go
Vaporwave, Golden Hour, Northern Lights, Candlelight and more. Or make your own and send it to your friends as a code.
Effects that actually move
Slow breathing, flowing aurora, candle flicker, police lights, party mode. Turn the speed up or down.
Turns on when your camera does
Join a Zoom, start a stream in OBS, hop in a Discord call: the light comes on by itself and goes off when you're done.
Pulses to your music
Put on a song and the glow moves with it. Works with every effect.
Matches your game
Play on one screen and the other one glows in the same colors. Like Ambilight, but for your desk.
Ring light mode
Just a glowing border, so you can still see your call or your recording. Use one monitor or all of them.
Real white light
Warm or cool white, so your skin doesn't look weird on camera.
Shows up on Discord
Your profile shows you're vibing with Monitor Glow and which scene you're on. Turn it off whenever.
Stays out of your way
Sits in the tray, fades in and out, and has a sleep timer for when you fall asleep gaming.
Shortcuts

FAQ
Questions
Does it work for TikTok, streaming and Zoom?
Yep. It doesn't touch your camera or any other app, it just lights up your screens. So it works with TikTok, OBS, Zoom, Teams, Discord, whatever you use.
Can it turn on by itself when I join a call?
Yes. Turn on "Turn the glow on when my camera turns on" in Settings. When your webcam starts, the light comes on, and it goes off when the camera stops. It never sees or records what your camera sees.
Is it actually free?
Yep. No trial, no account, no ads, and it doesn't collect your data.
It's way too bright.
Turn it down. Brightness goes from 5% to 100%, and Ctrl + Alt + ↑ / ↓ works anytime. Warm white at around 40% is nice for late-night calls.
My whole screen is lit up. How do I get out?
Press Ctrl + Alt + L, press Esc, or double-click the light to open the app.
How do I show it on my Discord?
Open the app, go to Settings and turn on the Discord option. Discord has to be open on your PC.
How do I uninstall it?
Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Monitor Glow → Uninstall. Your settings get removed too.
